We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded individual to join the Kraft Heinz International Sales team as a Junior Key Account Manager, supporting the export development of the Pudliszki brand portfolio across international markets. This role offers an excellent entry point into global FMCG sales, combining hands-on client management with cross-functional collaboration across logistics, marketing, and finance. Full time fixed term contract.
Key ingredients:
- Support the development and maintenance of assigned export accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day commercial matters
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, pricing structures, and tailored product presentations for international clients
- Monitor order fulfilment, delivery timelines, and client satisfaction in close cooperation with the logistics and supply chain teams
- Track and analyse sales performance data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities within the assigned territory
- Contribute to the preparation of market entry analyses and competitive landscape reviews for targeted export regions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and pipeline activity within the CRM system
- Participate in international trade fairs, client meetings, and business reviews as required

- University degree
- Prior work experience in an FMCG, food industry is desired.
- Fluency in Polish and English (minimum B2/C1); proficiency in a second language — German, French, Spanish, or Arabic — is a strong asset
- Solid understanding of export fundamentals, including Incoterms, international shipping documentation, and customs procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with CRM platforms
- Demonstrable ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-oriented approach
- Commercial curiosity — a genuine interest in understanding how markets, categories, and client businesses operate
