We're looking for experienced recruiters and talent professionals who want to generate additional income by leveraging their expertise and network.

The Role

As a Talent Partner, you'll work on live hiring projects from companies actively looking to hire.

You'll have access to our platform, candidate intelligence tools, and hiring projects, allowing you to focus on what you do best: identifying, engaging, and qualifying great candidates.

Unlike traditional freelance recruitment, there is no requirement to source clients, negotiate contracts, manage invoicing, or handle business development activities.

You choose the projects you want to work on and participate on a fully flexible basis.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage relevant candidates for active hiring projects
• Refer candidates from your existing professional network
• Conduct candidate qualification and screening conversations
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate with the TechTree delivery team to support successful placements
• Provide market feedback and candidate insights where relevant

Compensation

This is a success-fee-based opportunity.

You earn a percentage of the placement fee when a candidate you refer or support is successfully hired.

Typical earnings per successful placement range from:

• Candidate Referral: £2,000 - £10,000+
• Referral + Screening Support: £3,000 - £15,000+
• High-value leadership and specialist placements can generate significantly higher fees

Every project displays the fee structure and earning potential upfront before you decide to participate.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, staffing, or candidate sourcing
• A professional network within technology, business, or specialist industries
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience conducting candidate interviews or screening conversations
