Project Manager – BOP Packager Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong engineering background and expertise in Balance of Plant (BOP) and data center projects?

We're looking for a Project Manager – BOP Packager Manager to lead the delivery of complex customer projects, managing third-party suppliers and ensuring successful installation of packaging and Balance of Plant solutions from project kick-off through completion.

What you'll do

  • Lead multiple customer projects, delivering on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage third-party suppliers responsible for Balance of Plant manufacturing and delivery.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, suppliers, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee on-site installation activities, primarily within data center environments.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and financial performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and best practices.

What we're looking for

✔ Experience managing engineering or infrastructure projects involving Balance of Plant (BOP) solutions.

✔ Hands-on experience delivering projects within data center environments.

✔ Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

✔ Engineering background with excellent problem-solving capabilities.

✔ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

✔ Fluency in English and Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
