Design and develop hardware interfaces for semiconductor testing, including Load Boards (DIB), Probe Cards, and socket selection. 2. Perform functional and electrical characterization to ensure the silicon meets design specifications and performance targets. 3. Develop, debug, and optimize automated test programs for Chip Probing (CP) and Final Test (FT) stages. 4. Support production ramp-up, monitor yield rates, perform root cause analysis for failures, and implement test time reduction (TTR) strategies.
Main Requirements and Qualifications
1.More than 4 years of hands-on experience in SoC (System on Chip) testing.
2.Proven expertise in CP/FT test program development and deployment.
3.Proficiency with Advantest V93000 (V93K) or Teradyne UltraFLEX (Uflex) ATE (Automated Test Equipment) platforms.
4.Excellent cross-functional communication skills with fluency in English (both verbal and written).
