Step into the role of IT Application Service Manager
As our IT Application Service Manager you will be responsible for managing both the project implementations and the full life-cycle of our core SaaS applications, specifically EZ2XS (Zertic) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Insights, and Field Service Management). This role is pivotal in translating business requirements into functional solutions and ensuring the continuity and optimization of our application landscape.
In this role you will manage and optimize the EZ2XS & D365 SaaS platform for certification and inspection processes. You oversee configuration and management of modules including Quotation, Planning, Audit Execution, Certificate Cycle, and Invoicing. Next to that you coordinate releases and upgrades in collaboration with Zertic. You ensure seamless interfacing between EZ2XS, M365, and D365 (Sales & Business Central) and manage application environments including Acceptance, Test, and Production.
