$105–$200/hour | 10–20 hours per week | Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Research equities, sectors, and market trends using public and professional tools
- Develop and articulate investment theses with clear catalysts, risks, and timing
- Analyze price movements to distinguish signal from noise
- Evaluate research outputs for clarity, usefulness, and decision relevance
- Simulate investor workflows including idea generation, validation, and monitoring
- Identify gaps in reasoning, missing context, or misleading interpretations
Core Requirements
- Active participation in equity or ETF investing with independent research habits
- Strong ability to explain market movements and investment rationale
- Familiarity with financial data sources, screeners, and market platforms
- High attention to detail with consistent analytical judgment
- Clear, structured written communication of investment reasoning
Additional Strengths
- Experience using advanced research tools or financial data platforms
- Familiarity with technical analysis, financial statements, or macro indicators
