Job Title: 009J65-Business Development Manager – Nordic Region- Data Center

Location: China (Shanghai, Beijing or Guangzhou)

Travel: Few travels to Nordic region/year

Key Responsibilities

Nordic Regional Business Development (Data Center Focus):

Leverage Schneider Electric's global resources to drive business growth in the Nordic region, specifically targeting data center opportunities. Develop deep familiarity with Nordic business culture and working practices. Proactively engage with global segments teams and local ecosystem partners (design institutes, consultants, EPCs and other stakeholders) to establish collaborative frameworks. Utilize existing Nordic network relationships to build a differentiated competitive advantage for Schneider Electric. Maintain regular cross-regional communication to synchronize project progress and key information, ensuring sustainable business growth.

China Regional Support (Jiangsu & Anhui Focus):

Gain deep insights into the Jiangsu and Anhui regional markets. Work closely with regional sales teams to systematically identify overseas business opportunities and potential customers from these regions, continuously building a high-quality project pipeline. Monitor key overseas project developments in real-time, efficiently coordinate internal and external resources, and provide comprehensive support to sales teams to improve win rates. Develop and optimize targeted business strategies based on regional market characteristics and industry business models.

Key Account (KA) Customer Development:

Focus on KA customers going global, conducting in-depth mining and precise development to establish and maintain long-term, stable cooperative relationships. Continuously enhance customer stickiness and loyalty by aligning with customer needs and market changes, driving organic business growth.

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of electrical sales business models, with extensive experience in customer development and sales execution. Prior experience in Key Account management is preferred.

- Familiarity with overseas EPC projects or Chinese outward investment (Data Center experience highly preferred). Prior work experience in the Nordic region, existing Nordic data center ecosystem relationships, or connections with top-tier overseas EPCs will be given priority consideration.

- Open and transparent working style with strong results orientation. Excellent execution capabilities, strong sense of responsibility, and high self-drive and learning agility. Strategic thinking combined with exceptional patience and resilience to navigate complex challenges in cross-border cooperation and KA customer development.

- Fluent English is mandatory. Strong cross-functional and cross-cultural communication skills with the ability to integrate global resources and drive multinational project delivery.

- Adaptable to extensive domestic travel and available for international assignments.

- Bachelor's degree or above. Knowledge of medium and low voltage electrical equipment is preferred.

- Experience in leveraging AI tools to empower business operations (customer mining, project analysis, cross-regional communication efficiency) is preferred.
