A well-reputed company is seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in coffee preparation and customer service.
Requirements:-
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee and tea, following company standards.
Operate coffee machines and equipment efficiently, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness.
Deliver excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and engaging with customers professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, including counters, utensils, and equipment.
Manage stock levels of coffee beans, m, and other supplies, and report shortages when necessary.
Skills:-
Atleast 2 years experience as a barista in a café or restaurant environment.
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso-based drinks.
Ability to operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency.
