Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Marketing Manager will lead the planning and implementation of marketing strategies to promote trade fairs and events. Responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, overseeing content creation, building and maintaining partnerships, as well as managing digital marketing efforts. The role also involves analyzing campaign performance and optimizing strategies to enhance event visibility and attendance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, and Campaign Development
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and SEO
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and performance tracking
  • Excellent Communication, Content Creation, and Presentation skills
  • Project Management and Team Leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an asset
  • Familiarity with event management or trade-fair industries is highly advantageous
  • Ability to work onsite and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
