Provide comprehensive executive‑level administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Draft, review, and finalize documents, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy and discretion
Act as a central coordination point for internal and external communications on behalf of the executives
Manage and prioritize incoming emails, requests, and correspondence, ensuring timely follow‑up
Support cross‑departmental projects by tracking actions, deadlines, and follow‑ups
Organize executive meetings, events, and off‑sites, including agendas and logistics
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and trust
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable role supporting senior or executive leadership
Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern collaboration tools
