About Sevan Bıçakçı

Sevan Bıçakçı began his apprenticeship at the Grand Bazaar at the age of 12 and launched his brand in 2001. Since then, the Sevan Bıçakçı brand has been creating one-of-a-kind jewellery.

The brand operates boutiques in Miami, Zorlu Center, Galataport, the Grand Bazaar, D Maris and Ankara, and its designs are also available in select international stores. The workshop functions as both a production space and a platform for creative collaboration across different disciplines.

Drawing inspiration from Istanbul’s cultural and architectural heritage, as well as from mythology and nature, Sevan Bıçakçı has received the Couture Design Award eight times.

About The Role

We are currently seeking to hire jewellery sales professionals for our boutiques in Istanbul. As a jewellery sales professional, you will be expected to assist customers in a warm and professional manner to create a memorable experience. You will be responsible for achieving both quantitative and qualitative sales goals while fostering long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

• To be considered for this position, you must have prior experience in jewellery or premium retail.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, social, and networking skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and a passion for sales.
• A keen sense of etiquette and aesthetics.
• Empathy towards customers, with excellent personalised client management skills.
• A good command of English. Knowledge of another language, especially Arabic or Russian, is a plus.
• Being a team player with a positive and constructive approach.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the brand and its products to customers.
• Achieve personal sales goals by providing high-quality service to customers.
• Build a repeat clientele and maintain customer relationships.
• Operate the retail management system correctly for stock transfers, payments, stock enquiries, and customer database inputs.
