Global Supplier Performance Index

- Review the performance of our international supply chain for all the business units (Renner, Youcom and Camicado), down to factory level and develop quarterly action plans.

-Define and manage strategic suppliers to improve the effectiveness of our supply chain in alignment with our short and long term goals.

-Develop action plans for suppliers and factories with poor performance alongside other teams.

Supply-chain management

-Develop a supplier data base and ensure it is updated and the information is accurate.

-Consolidate the sourcing plan of each division and business unit by season and identify potential synergies across departments.

-Develop and control a sourcing plan for strategic suppliers for business continuity and minimize disruptions in our supply chain.

-Use dashboard for risk management.

-From onboarding, ensure the vendor aligns with our needs, understand our process, and provide a high level of service to our business units.
