The Opportunity:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruiting Intern to support our Dutch recruiting operations. This entry-level internship offers hands-on experience across the full recruiting lifecycle, exposure to candidate engagement, and close collaboration with the Partner who oversees recruitment in the Netherlands, consultants and, recruiting professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in talent acquisition, HR, or consulting recruitment.

We are seeking candidates who are available 30-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and communication
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Draft and send candidate communications, offer letters, and interview feedback summaries
  • Assist with onsite recruiting events (logistics, outreach, and follow-up)
  • Support on recruitment reporting and basic analytics on pipeline, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing content
  • Support ad-hoc local HR/recruiting projects and process improvement efforts

What we’re looking for:

  • Master degree completed or in progress (final-year students or recent graduates welcomed)
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition, HR, or consulting industry recruiting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Dutch
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proactive, service-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to working across teams
  • Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • AI curiosity and learning mindset — explores AI tools and practical applications to improve day-to-day work.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Previous internship or part-time experience in HR, recruiting, campus engagement, or customer service
  • Experience supporting events or employer branding activities
  • Basic experience with data reporting or simple analytics in Excel
