We are looking for Digital Marketing Expert who will be on our team.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and campaign management across major digital platforms,
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience with measurement and attribution tools such as GA4, Adjust, or AppsFlyer,
  • Solid understanding of key marketing metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV) and conversion tracking across channels,
  • Excellent communication skills in English,
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to test, learn, and iterate in a fast-paced environment,
  • Familiarity with tools like BigQuery or Google Tag Manager is a plus.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage and optimize user acquisition and retargeting campaigns across key channels such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Remerge, and other performance platforms,
  • Monitor, analyze, and report daily campaign performance, continuously improving KPIs through data-driven decisions,
  • Develop and execute A/B tests, creative experiments, and growth strategies to scale performance,
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to enhance campaign effectiveness,
  • Manage budgets efficiently to maximize CAC, ROI, ROAS, and overall growth impact,
  • Identify new opportunities by exploring emerging channels, technologies, and industry trends.
