Senior Graphic Designer

Role Overview
Schbang is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong advertising agency background who can translate brand narratives into compelling visual stories. This role demands hands-on expertise in crafting high-impact creatives for integrated 360° campaigns, along with the ability to lead and mentor a small team of designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute visually compelling creatives for digital and integrated campaigns
- Transform brand strategy and copy into engaging visual storytelling
- Work closely with Brand Strategy and Copy teams to deliver cohesive campaign outputs
- Lead and manage 2–3 junior graphic designers, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints in line with campaign objectives
- Deliver creatives across platforms including social, digital ads, web, and performance marketing assets
- Stay updated with design trends, advertising formats, and digital innovations
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a digital/advertising agency (mandatory)
- Proven experience working on 360° integrated campaigns
- Strong portfolio showcasing advertising campaigns and storytelling through design
- Experience managing or mentoring a team of junior designers
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Figma (preferred)
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
