Position Focus
Provide leadership in Intelligent Manufacturing across multiple manufacturing plants, including JVs, by driving transformation through digitalization, automation, and continuous process and equipment improvement. The role aims to ensure on-time delivery with best-in-class quality while collaborating with global and regional teams to achieve operational excellence.
Job Responsibilitie
- sLead digital and automation initiatives to enable smart manufacturing and data-driven operations across manufacturing sites
- .Drive process optimization and equipment improvement, leveraging advanced manufacturing technologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity
- .Establish and maintain strong operational discipline to support business growth and performance targets
- .Ensure timely and cost-effective resource planning to support new product launches and business opportunities
- .Oversee launch execution, ensuring alignment with forecast requirements and financial commitments
- .Develop and manage manufacturing and operational plans, including process design, labor planning, efficiency improvement, and cost control
- .Define optimal manufacturing footprint and develop CAPEX, automation, and workforce strategies for new programs
- .Champion LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement (Kaizen) across all plants
- .Strengthen smart factory capabilities, including digital systems, data analytics, and connected manufacturing
- .Mentor and coach Engineering Managers and Industrial Engineering teams to enhance leadership and technical capabilities
- .Ensure consistent achievement of KPIs related to cost, quality, delivery, and operational excellence
- .Build a capable organization by ensuring appropriate training, talent development, and capability building

Qualificatio
- ns20+ years of experience in the automotive industr
- y.5+ years of leadership experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Operations, with a proven track record of delivering high-performance manufacturing result
- s.Hands-on experience in digitalization, automation, and smart manufacturing transformatio
- n.Strong expertise in manufacturing processes, equipment optimization, and industrial automation technologie
- s.Experience working with global automotive OEMs, including customer engagement and on-site suppor
- t.Proven experience in managing financial planning and cost control for new program
- s.Strong background in LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologie
- s.Experience managing complex supply chains and logistics operation
- s.Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Engineerin
