Senior Production Supervisor ($75/hr, up to $1,500/week)

Note: This is a flexible, remote, part-time opportunity that is 5-20 hours per week at $75 per hour (up to $1.5k/week).

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced production supervisors who can help train their latest language model on manufacturing and operations supervision tasks.

We're looking for supervisors with 7+ years managing production lines or operating teams at top manufacturers to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core supervision workflows: shift planning, quality control, safety compliance, performance reporting, team scheduling, and process improvement.

Compensation: $75/hour

Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $1.5k/week)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: April

Qualifications:

• 7+ years as a production or operations supervisor at a top manufacturing company
• Strong expertise in shift management, quality control, and safety compliance
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
