Description

This position is responsible for supporting customers in the Advanced Solutions business unit and includes:

  • Installing products, performing calibration, and verifying specifications
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and completing necessary repairs
  • Training customer engineers on equipment operation and maintenance
  • Leading technical interactions with customers

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and customer service experience in semiconductor manufacturing. Experience with Advanced Solutions (TCB) is highly desirable.

Key requirements include:

  • Proven ability to work with advanced mechatronic machinery.
  • Excellent communication skills

Most customer support will be based in Canada, New Mexico, Arizona and Texas. Occasional travel to other U.S. locations will be required.

Main Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair semiconductor equipment.
  • Provide technical support for equipment installations, buyoffs, and training sessions.
  • Serve as the lead technical interface with customers.
  • Assist Application Engineers with design-related issues.
  • Prepare internal technical reports and customer presentation.
  • Occasional on-site support during weekends may be required.
  • Travel requirement up to 75%, can include international travel as needed
