DEVA is seeking for a International Markets Medical & Marketing Manager ";

  • University degree in life sciences preferably Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Medical Genetics, Veterinary Faculty, Business Administration or related departments
  • Min. 8 years Product Management experience in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Min. 2 years team management experience
  • Preferably with specific or chonic field experience
  • Proficiency in English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Strong communication skills, successful in human relations
  • Strong ability to solve problems, analyse, plan and follow up
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • No restrictions for travel domestically and internationally
  • No military obligation for male candidates

Job Description

  • Strategic Marketing Management
  • Develop annual and long-term brand strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market plans.
  • Conduct market analysis including competitor mapping, patient journey insights, customer segmentation, and pricing strategy.
  • Design and implement multichannel marketing campaigns, including digital, CRM, field force materials, medical education, and event strategies.
  • Forecast market performance, monitor KPIs, and adjust strategy to ensure brand targets are met.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, regulatory, supply chain, and senior leadership to ensure cross-functional alignment.

2. Medical & Scientific Leadership

  • Ensure all promotional and non-promotional materials are scientifically accurate, ethically compliant, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Review, approve, and update medical content including claims, product brochures, training materials, websites, and medical slide decks.
  • Provide scientific support for product launches, new indications, and lifecycle management activities.
  • Stay updated with latest clinical data, guidelines, and medical trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Lead development of medical publications, abstracts, posters, and scientific presentations where applicable.

3. KOL & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, healthcare professionals, and medical societies.
  • Organize and lead advisory board meetings, scientific roundtables, congress activities, and expert panels.
  • Serve as the primary medical contact during scientific discussions, product training, and congress participation.

4. Training & Field Force Support

  • Conduct internal medical and product training for sales teams, marketing teams, and distribution partners.
  • Develop medical FAQs, objection-handling guides, scientific narratives, and field communication strategies.

Ensure the field force is equipped with up-to-date scientific knowledge and approved materials.
