One of the biggest leading multinational e-commerce company is seeking an experienced Data Analyst/Analytics Specialist to support data‑driven insights, provide analytical guidance, and build solutions that support advertising performance and decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop analytical insights using SQL and Python to inform business needs and produce reports.
- Present findings with clear storytelling and share tools, training, and best practices across teams.
- Run advertising effectiveness tests with measurement partners and integrate first‑ and third‑party data into insight materials.
- Adapt global insight tools for the Japan market and collaborate with global teams to refine and share resources.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong SQL & Python & Data Analysis skills (intermediate -> advanced)
- Proactive and able to manage tasks independently
- Hands-on experience in managing and executing cross-functional projects
- Good communication skills
- Residing in Japan
Language requirements:
Either Business-level Japanese or English proficiency
