On behalf of our confidential client, a well-established company in the financial services sector, we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales performance across Bursa, Diyarbakır, Kocaeli, and Ankara. This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially strong and analytically minded professional who can drive regional growth through disciplined execution, field leadership, and KPI ownership. It is a strong opportunity for candidates with backgrounds in banking, insurance, financial services, or similarly structured, target-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales performance across a multi-branch structure and translate targets into actionable regional plans
- Drive customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and branch productivity across the assigned region
- Monitor sales KPIs, conversion ratios, campaign outcomes, and reporting quality, and take corrective action when needed
- Conduct regular field visits to strengthen execution, coach teams, and improve business results
- Analyze local market dynamics and competitor activity to shape region-specific action plans
- Ensure effective coordination between head office and the field to support execution discipline and operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of experience in sales-led environments, preferably in banking, insurance, financial services, or similarly structured sectors
- Proven experience in regional sales leadership, multi-branch management, or field team management
- Strong knowledge of sales analytics, performance reporting, and KPI management
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- No travel restrictions.
