Why This Role

• Ongoing sales training and certification opportunities.

• Uncapped commission structure.

• Earn commission while developing your closing skills.

• Clear growth path into closing roles, such as Account Executive.

• Ongoing mentorship, coaching, and support from experienced sales leaders.

• A performance-driven environment that rewards consistency, grit, and a competitive mindset.

What You’ll Do

• Build and refine targeted prospect lists to support outbound campaigns.

• Execute multi-channel outreach, including cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn messaging.

• Create, test, and optimize email campaigns using A/B testing to improve response and conversion rates.

• Reach out to prospective clients to start conversations, build rapport, and generate interest.

• Ask thoughtful discovery questions to understand each client’s challenges and goals.

• Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales team members.

• Accurately document activity, insights, and client information.

• Collaborate with the sales team to continuously improve messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies.

• Embrace a high-activity environment—success comes from consistent effort, learning from feedback, and improving with every rep.

• Work toward and exceed performance goals while contributing to a competitive, team-oriented culture.

Requirements

• Strong interest in starting or growing a career in sales.

• Confident communicator who enjoys talking with new people.

• Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, client-focused team.

• Enthusiastic and committed to contributing to the growth of the company and its client base.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Organized, consistent, and comfortable working in a high-activity environment.

• Competitive mindset with a willingness to put in the reps, learn from rejection, and continuously improve.

• Resilient, coachable, and driven by results—someone who thrives on challenges and winning.

• A current, valid U.S. driver's license is required.
