What We Achieve Together

• You will plan and ensure the on-time execution of export shipments for both group and non-group customers.
• You will manage the document flow between customs brokers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers.
• You will monitor all stages of import orders, from order placement to warehouse delivery.
• You will take an active role in document control, transportation planning, customs clearance, and TSE processes.
• You will manage payment, letter of credit, damage, and insurance processes while ensuring coordination with relevant departments.
• You will follow up on export incentive certificates and Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) processes, and provide updates on regulatory changes.
• You will support the department’s compliance with Integrated Management System standards.
• You will contribute to achieving departmental cost and performance targets.

• Know-how and Skills: Your knowledge of customs regulations, TSE, incentive certificates, and AEO processes, along with your reporting and logistics experience, will help you make a difference.
• Other Requirements: Your advanced MS Office skills and preferably SAP knowledge will demonstrate your technological proficiency.
• Personality: Your abilities in analytical thinking, problem solving, reporting, communication, and time management will help you excel in this role.
