Synapse Solution is looking for a confident, articulate, and professional Amharic -speaking Client Engagement Representative based in Ethiopia to join our growing international team.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest in our products
- Deliver remote product demonstrations that align with client needs
- Explain software features and benefits in a clear and relatable way
- Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm during virtual meetings
- Collaborate effectively with global teams in a remote work environment
Qualifications
- Native or fluent in Swahili and English
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable presenting to business clients online
- Proficient in Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:
- Business Administration
- Sales or Marketing
- IT for Business or related fields
Position Details
- Job Type: Part-Time | Remote
- Workload: Approx. 32 hours per month (~2 hours/day, flexible schedule)
- Location: Open to candidates residing in Ethiopia
- Compensation: Monthly stipend based on communication skills and performance
