About The People And Culture Team
The People & Culture (P&C) team leads engagement to attract, retain, reward and ensure equity, wellbeing, and development for our greatest asset, our people. Critical to the progress of Ceres’ mission, this team leads initiatives to curate a culture of inclusion and belonging while diligently attending to the workforce needs of Ceres.
About The Role
The Executive Assistant should be highly organized and proactive to assist executive level staff at Ceres. The role supports an executive and may, by extension, support other senior individuals reporting to the executive. This full-time position provides a combination of administrative and departmental support. As a representative of senior management at Ceres, the Executive Assistant must support Ceres’ commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion and embody that commitment to foster an inclusive work environment.
This full-time non-exempt position reports to the Chief People and Culture Officer. The role can be performed from the Boston, MA office or remotely from a commutable distance from our Boston office. Candidates must be flexible to work with employees in all US time zones.

Compensation and Benefits
The hiring salary is $50,600 – $60,150 with competitive benefits (Pay Grade 12).
