Qualifications and Job Description

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in an additional European language (preferably German, French, or Italian) is an asset
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in export sales or international business
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned region
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, with a collaborative team-player mindset
  • Results-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Experience of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Valid Class B driving license and active driving experience
  • For male candidates, completion of military service is required

Job Description

  • Implement regional export sales strategies in alignment with company objectives and in coordination with management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers through regular visits, product demonstrations, and negotiations
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by preparing competitive offers, securing orders, and coordinating daily activities with the sales support team
  • Prepare and analyze detailed reports on customer visits, sales performance, and market insights
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs and exhibitions as both exhibitor and visitor
  • Address and resolve customer complaints by identifying root causes, developing effective solutions, and reporting outcomes to management
  • Provide regular updates to management through structured reporting, including weekly activity plans and monthly/annual territory analyses
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, potential customers, and emerging markets
  • Monitor and follow up on customer payments, ensuring alignment between company records and customer accounts
