Role Overview

  • The Account Manager at BBX leads their Business Unit, overseeing workflows, pitches, and projects to achieve team goals and mandates.
  • They build strong client relationships, act as the clients representative, and drive strategic brainstorming and problem-solving.
  • Collaborating with fellow managers and guiding their team, they foster a productive environment while mentoring Account Associate to develop their skills under Senior Manager guidance.
  • Their leadership ensures alignment with business goals and the delivery of exceptional results.

Qualifications

  • Experience in account management, marketing, sales or related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • 3-5 years of experience or a similar role in the advertising/creatives industry
  • 3 to 6 years of experience with significant leadership and strategic achievements
