Position Overview:
The Senior Manager, Partner Marketing is a senior, partner-facing leader responsible for managing and developing the Partner Marketing team while owning the quality, impact, and execution of partner marketing initiatives. This role leads Partner Marketing Coordinators and Specialists, providing clear direction, coaching, and accountability to ensure consistent delivery and strong partner outcomes.
The role builds and maintains trusted relationships with partners, understands their business objectives, and balances those needs with Compugen’s financial and strategic priorities. This role requires a strong grasp of marketing execution, funding governance, and business performance, along with the ability to guide partners and internal teams through complex decisions.
As a people leader, the Senior Manager, Partner Marketing mentors team members, removes obstacles, and creates structure and clarity across workflows and priorities. They work closely with Sales and senior leadership to ensure partner strategies, investments, and expectations are aligned with business goals. As a partner leader, they bring a clear point of view, ask the right questions, and ensure programs are well-planned, well-executed, and measurable.
This role requires confidence, sound judgment, and the ability to translate ideas into action while developing a high-performing team and delivering results for both partners and Compugen.
