Respite Manager

Respite Managers are responsible for coordinating supports to the people at our designated respite site. They will supervise a team to ensure quality standards are met in the following core areas: home environment, medical and personal care, community involvement, and financial budgeting. Respite Managers carry out operational activities with their assigned team, and supervise the guests each weekend.This is a high-energy, dynamic site with a lot of activity and different guests each weekend. Being adaptable is important, and working throughout the weekends is mandatory. Schedule: Full time, Wednesday-SundayWednesday/Thursday/Saturday/Sunday/ 9am-5pm. Fridays 11am-7pm.Must be flexible depending on the needs of the program.
