Tasks

  • Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with architects, designers, planners, contractors, and authorities.
  • Provide professional, product-focused advice to position Fundermax as the trusted partner in exterior and interior applications.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities and projects.
  • Manage and coordinate projects independently – from first contact to successful delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with internal Sales Support and the Technical Department to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to drive business growth

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience in construction, architecture, or building materials.
  • Strong network within the architectural and construction ecosystem in Poland.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven and proactive with a “hunter” mindset and strong service orientation.
  • Willingness to travel and manage projects across the region.
  • Fluent Czech, intermediate to fluent English (written and spoken)
