What is the Summary of This Position?
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting end-to-end audit activities in line with the approved audit plan or specific assignments and will report to the Internal Audit Manager.
What You'll Be Doing?
- Conducting process and continuous audits in line with the annual internal audit plan,
- Carrying out fraud/irregularity investigations and reporting the results to the top management,
- Creating audit results and improvement suggestions in agreement with the relevant process owners, presenting them to top management periodically together with appropriate risk-mitigation actions,
- Following up on action plans to ensure the timely and adequate implementation of corrective actions,
- Following international internal audit standards and new practices and developing recommendations for current studies to increase the internal audit function of the organization,
- Identifing and evaluating risks across the enterprise, establish preventive internal control systems to prevent all kinds of risks,
- Conducting examinations and making recommendations in terms of effective, economical and efficient use of resources.
Which Profile Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or related fields,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Internal Audit, preferably within multinational companies; experience in the manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries is considered an asset,
- Preferably experienced in investigations and process audits,
- SAP knowledge is an asset,
- Good command of MS Office programs; experience in data analysis and awareness of information security and IT environments are a plus,
- CIA or CPA certifications are considered a plus,
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
