What You’ll Do

  • Overseas Market HR Research: Conduct targeted workforce & industry research for key global markets, turn multi-source data into clear, insight-driven reports.
  • Global HR Data & Recruitment Infrastructure: Support global HR data analysis, and help build, optimize and maintain recruitment systems & processes.
  • Data Reporting & Visualization: Build regular HR reports & interactive dashboards, support ad-hoc data requests and project reviews.
  • Ad-Hoc Support: Assist with global HR analytics projects and complete tasks efficiently.

What We Look For

✅ Must-Haves

  • Strong data analytics skills: advanced Excel + at least one tool (SQL/Python/Tableau/Power BI preferred); able to run end-to-end data work independently.
  • Functional English: fluent reading & writing; comfortable working with global/overseas HR materials.
  • Bachelor’s or above; Stats, Math, Data Analytics, CS or related majors preferred – data-driven mindset a must.
  • Detail-oriented, logical, proactive & good at communication; passionate about HR analytics & global business.
  • Based in Shanghai; 4+ days on-site per week; able to commit 3–6 months.
