Implementation Engineer (Senior/Lead, US Region)

• Engage with Customers to map out current processes.
• Solution the Everstage product to meet with the unique requirements of the Enterprise / Large-Enterprise customers.
• Determine input data required from various departments on the customer’s end.
• Draw out implementation plans, timelines and provide regular updates to customers during implementation.
• Configure customer instances and implement Compensation Plans for the required roles.
• Provide onboarding assistance and training to customer admins and payees.

Requirements

• 3-6 yrs of experience in a relevant customer facing role for North America/ EU/ AUS regions.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Understanding of product integrations and APIs.
• Strong mathematical aptitude.
• Experience in handling enterprise customers.
• Proficient with SQL, Excel & Data Transformation.
• Comfortable in handling implementation projects independently.

Good to have

• Basic understanding of variable compensation models.
• Experience of managing complex implementations.
• Startup experience.
