What Are the Qualifications We Expect?

  • University degree in Food Engineering,
  • Min 4 years experience Food Safety and Quality Management Systems,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,
  • Good at in Ms Office program,
  • Strong analytical thinking and analysis ability, detailed, process oriented and strong organizational direction,
  • Have knowledge about IFS, BRC, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, Halal and Kosher
  • Willing to live in Anatolian side of İstanbul.

What Awaits You, What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

  • Coordinating all activities related to the maintanence and development of the quality and food safety systems.
  • Following the quality food safety targets of the company and creating the necessary records.
  • Planning the internal audits with in the scope of quality and food safety management system and carry out audits and to remain reports.
  • Coordinating corrective and preventive actions.
  • To check the effectiveness and up-to dateness of the quality documentation in specified periods.
  • Planning and conducting internal inspections within the scope of quality and food safety, monitoring actions and conducting activities, preparing regular reports.
