Responsibilities

· Develop and strengthen Emlakjet’s brand strategy and positioning

· Create growth strategies to support user acquisition and growth targets

· Measure and optimize marketing performance (CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc.)

· Collaborate with product, data, and sales teams to develop growth initiatives

· Manage creative campaigns and brand communication projects

· Analyze user insights and market trends to identify new growth opportunities

· Coordinate with agencies and creative teams

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field

· 5+ years of experience in brand management or growth marketing

· Strong skills in data analysis and performance optimization

· Experience in developing creative campaigns and brand communication

· Experience in agency and project management

· Strong analytical thinking and strategic mindset

· Experience in technology, e-commerce, or proptech sectors is a plus
