Your responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze necessary design data.
  • Design and optimize electrical harnesses from concept to series production.
  • Develop and agree on design solutions with the project team as well as other departments, production, suppliers, and the customer in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines, and requirements.
  • Create technical documentation and verify data accuracy in compliance with applicable standards.
  • Develop design changes for electrical harnesses and propose new solutions according to guidelines.
  • Perform calculations (e.g., wire and branch cross-sections, fuse ratings, load calculations, etc.).

Our expectations:

  • Proficiency in Czech and German or English sufficient for work‑related communication.
  • Experience as a designer or similar position.
  • Technical education, knowledge of vehicle design and automotive industry.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills – ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment and build positive relationships.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities – prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines in a dynamic setting, adapting to changes, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in technical documentation.
