Your new adventure

  • Own end-to-end technical delivery across projects, enhancements, and change requests, covering the full software lifecycle (feasibility, design, development, testing) and ensuring high-quality outcomes
  • Translate HR business requirements into functional solutions, working closely with Business Analysts, IS Coordinators, PMO, and Solution Architecture
  • Drive solution architecture alignment and strategy, contributing to a harmonized and scalable application landscape
  • Lead and govern external development partners, including coordination, delivery oversight, and acting as a technical quality gate
  • Ensure testing excellence, defining test scenarios with PMO and executing functional testing to validate business requirements
  • Steer data transformation and integration topics, collaborating with Data Engineering & Architecture to align on approach and execution
  • Ensure compliance and operational excellence, including adherence to IT governance (e.g., SOX, ITSM), contribution to best practices, and support for assigned applications

Your Experiences And Skills

  • Completed HTL Matura
  • At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience
  • Technical knowledge in SAP HCM system
  • Understanding and experience in human resources processes a strong asset
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • A good knowledge of German would be an asset
  • Strong communication skills and analytical thinking and acting

The minimum salary for this position is 60,962,32 EUR gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
