Key Tasks and responsibilities:
- Drive performance to meet all KPIs linked to the Scania Apprenticeship training delivery
- Create and maintain strong relationships with Scania stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Inspiro and Scania operational procedures/standards
- Present and respond to data and management information to meet client expectations
- Manage delivery and facilitate innovative, effective training solutions to support continuous improvement
- Ensure Health & Safety policies and procedures are followed at all times
Additional Tasks and responsibilities:
- Drive delivery standards and continuous improvement across all training teams.

- Support reporting requirements for both Inspiro and JLR.

- First time EPA pass rates

- Compliance with H&S requirements.
- Efficient use of resources and upskilling of training personnel.

Qualifications/Experience:
- L&D qualifications
- Experience in training delivery and people management
- Background in Heavy Vehicle training delivery
- Understanding of OFSTED requirements
