Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field,
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning and Inventory Management,
- Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and KPI management,
- Hands-on experience with S&OP processes and large SKU portfolio management,
- ERP & Planning Tool experience (preferably SAP, F&R or RELEX),
- Advanced MS Office skills,
- Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken),
- Proven team management and experience with leadership in driving enterprise-wide transformation & cultural change,
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in a complex and fast-paced environment,
- Strong planning, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills,
- Strong decision-making capability with a results-oriented mindset,
- Preferably experience in retail or FMCG environments.
Job Description
- Develop and execute supply plans aligned with sales/order forecasts, ensuring optimal inventory levels,
- Manage end-to-end order processes across all Unifree regions, ensuring operational efficiency, process effectiveness, and compliance with defined procedures,
- Monitor supplier performance (OTIF, service level, fulfillment rate) and drive corrective actions to achieve service level targets.
- Take full ownership of Supply Planning KPIs; prepare performance analyses and management reports, identify deviations, and implement improvement actions to ensure target achievement.
- Ensure that systems impacting Supply Planning are properly configured and functioning effectively; follow up on and approve required system enhancements within relevant modules.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to senior management; communicate critical risks, performance trends, and action plans in a transparent and timely manner.
- Lead and develop the Supply Planning team; allocate responsibilities, manage performance, and support the professional growth of team members.
