Amazon's Human Rights & Social Impact program drives customer trust, business continuity, and sustainable social impact by embedding respect for human rights and the environment throughout Amazon’s entire value chain. We implement company-wide standards and commitments such as our Global Human Rights Principles (GHRP) and Supply Chain Standards (SCS). We seek to continuously improve the tools and processes used in integrating human rights and environmental due diligence across the business.
The Human Rights and Social Impact team is looking for a Program Manager to support execution and continuous improvement of Amazon's Responsible Minerals Sourcing and supplier risk programs. This role is central to maintaining high-quality program operations, ensuring accurate data flows, and supporting business stakeholders in understanding supplier compliance status. Working within a collaborative team structure, you will own key operational workflows while learning to contribute tactically to program strategy.
The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented professional with a problem-solving mindset and solid communication skills. You have experience in conflict minerals reporting or in supply chain risk management. You are a self-starter who takes ownership of your work, can manage multiple competing priorities, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve processes.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
