ResProp Management is looking for purpose-driven college graduates interested in real estate with extreme character, talent, drive, and teaming ability to join our Leadership Development Program. The Leadership Development Program is a two-year, entry-level program in which the associate will learn all aspects of multifamily operations. The program aggressively nurtures a desire to learn and understand business through operational exposure, academic literature, and stretch projects that prepare associates to manage multi-million dollar real estate assets.

On the ground experience in operations is accompanied by a rigorous training program that combines readings and discussions in a format that demands associates sharpen each other’s thoughts and actions.
