Following the recent acquisition of IPG by Omnicom, MRM Delivery Romania is partnering closely with RAPP to build expanded capabilities across the network. This position is advertisedunder MRM, will work directly in support of the RAPP team, and reflects the ongoing integration of both organizations.

YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented, adaptable, and platform-savvy Content Strategist to bridge the gap between strategy and execution. In this role, you will be responsible for translating media plans into actionable Campaign Activation Documents and briefing our production team to ensure all creative assets are delivered flawlessly.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the full digital marketing funnel, a sharp eye fordesign and copy guidelines, and the technical know-how to launch campaigns across various digital and traditional channels.
Your Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Strategy Alignment
- Translate Media Plans: Analyze incoming media plans and accurately map out the required creative assets needed for implementation.
- Funnel Optimization: Apply a deep understanding of the marketing funnel (Awareness, Consideration, and Purchase) to ensure creatives and messaging align with the specific goals of each stage.
- Build Activation Plans: Create comprehensive, visually clear Campaign Activation Plan documents in PowerPoint that outline the rollout strategy.
Asset Briefing & Production Management
- Production Briefing: Develop detailed, structured production briefs using PowerPoint to clearly communicate asset requirements to the design and copywriting teams.
- Guideline Compliance: Strictly interpret and apply global brand design and copywriting guidelines, ensuring all briefed assets maintain absolute brand consistency.
- Technical Specification Mapping: Ensure all requested assets strictly adhere to the varying technical specifications of diverse media platforms (e.g., safe zones, aspect ratios, file sizes, and character limits).
- Brief Submission: Utilize the designated production hub platform to officially submit and track all creative briefs, ensuring all workflows are documented correctly.
- Platform & Channel Expertise
- Omnichannel Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date, thorough understanding of how different publishing platforms work, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), Out-of-Home (OOH) digital displays, and web ecosystems.
- Quality Assurance: Act as the final line of defense to ensure delivered creative assets match the initial brief and meet platform-specific requirements before going live.
Cost Approval Management
- Liaise with clients for cost estimate (CE) approval before asset adaptation/translation deployment from Hub (CE will be generated by Hub).
- Keep internal stakeholders informed on the records of client communications and approvals related to asset adaptation/copy translation deployment for billing purposes.
Continuous Improvement
- Support team lead on process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance overall assets delivery outcomes.
- Stay informed about Mercedes-Benz brand guidelines, vehicle model specifications and common best practices in respective to content/visual communication from local market level.
Others
- Collaborate and consult with internal (team ×) & external (Region Overseas Experience Center Mercedes-Benz & Mercedes-Benz clients) and stakeholders from different work streams (OneWeb (AEM)/Personalisation, Content Studio, Media, CRM and more) to ensure the delivery of first-class campaigns for Region European markets.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as required in accordance to the scope of work.
Skills And Experience
- Proven experience of 4-6 years in digital content, campaign strategy and implementation, social media or DTC content strategy, or related areas.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Strong understanding of content creation and delivery processes, including conception, copywriting, design, and asset/content distribution across various channels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (ability to build clean, professional, and well-structured decks for plans and briefs), comfortable learning and using project management tools, brief submission platforms and content management systems (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, an eagle-eye perspective where no typo, incorrect aspect ratio, or branding misalignment goes unnoticed, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, make sound decisions, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, as well as campaign requirements.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in advanced English, other languages are a plus.
