We are looking for an International Sales Specialist (1-3 years experience this role)

Requirements:
Fluency in one the following languages: English, French, Arabic, German, Russian, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Romanian, Bulgarian, Serbian etc.
Fluency in English is a must
1-3 years of experience in medical tourisim companies is required.
Direct or related phone sales experience preferably in health tourism
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Public Relations, Healthcare, or any related field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Passionate, ambitious and sales driven
Knowledge in Bitrix24 CRM software
Proficiency in MS programs
Good listener and explains clearly with confidence and friendliness
The ability to build productive professional business relationships
Energetic, passionate, persistent
Job Description:
Reach out to leads to introduce our offers and convince them.
Build trust-based relationships to convert patient inquiries into sales
Conduct sales calls and manage the sales process using Bitrix24 CRM software
Present healthcare packages to patients, providing price quotations
Coordinate with doctors to create personalized treatment plans for each patient
Ensure patients receive high-quality care throughout their medical journey, from initial consultation to aftercare.
Shift & Working Time:
Standart Shift
Monday, Tuesday 12:00-21:00
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 10:00-19:00
Saturday (1 week in the office, 1 week off)
Weekdays Night Shift | 16:30-01:00
Weekends Day Shift | 10:00-19:00
