International Patient Sales Representative (Multilingual)

Fluent English + one additional language (e.g., German/French/Spanish/Italian/Arabic/Russian, etc.)

About the Role

We are looking for a Multilingual International Patient Sales Representative to manage inbound leads and support international patients for Dr. Yunus Kaplan’s clinic in Nişantaşı, Istanbul. You will handle patient communication, convert qualified leads, and support content creation for social media at the clinic and hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound international leads via WhatsApp/phone/email using the company phone line
• Qualify leads, explain the process, and convert inquiries into consultations/bookings
• Follow up consistently (CRM/Sheets), manage pipeline, and report weekly performance
• Coordinate patient journey: consultation scheduling, pre-op info, travel guidance (non-visa), post-op follow-ups
• Work closely with the doctor and team to ensure high patient satisfaction
