What You’ll Do
- Support the design and implementation of HR projects that enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR leaders on talent development, engagement, and performance initiatives.
- Contribute to process improvements and digitalization efforts within HR.
- Assist in benchmarking and analyzing global HR practices to inspire innovation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company values and goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate or early-career professional in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Passion for people, culture, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
