We are looking for a dynamic and motivated People& Organization Trainee to join our HR team for a 6‑month assignment.This is a unique opportunity to contribute to elevating our People &Organization department, driving initiatives that strengthen culture,efficiency, and employee experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the design and implementation of HR projects that enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders on talent development, engagement, and performance initiatives.
  • Contribute to process improvements and digitalization efforts within HR.
  • Assist in benchmarking and analyzing global HR practices to inspire innovation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company values and goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Recent graduate or early-career professional in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Passion for people, culture, and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
