Job Title : AI Engineer – LLM & Agents (Microsoft Stack)

Job Type : W2/C2C

Experience : 9-22 Years

Location : Redmond, Washington (On-Site)

Responsibilities

  • Architect, develop, and deploy LLM-powered applications using Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI Studio / Foundry
  • Design and implement LLM development patterns, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
  • Build, integrate, and maintain intelligent agent–based solutions using frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Agent Framework, Azure AI Foundry, or equivalent frameworks (e.g., LangChain)
  • Develop robust backend services and AI integrations using C# / .NET with 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience
  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems leveraging Microsoft Azure PaaS services, including App Services, Function Apps, Azure SQL, and Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS)
  • Design and implement conversational AI and intelligent agent workflows aligned with business requirements
  • Ensure AI applications meet performance, scalability, reliability, and security standards in cloud environments
  • Apply best practices for cloud-native development, Azure security, and governance for AI solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solution architecture, technical approach, and delivery plans
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for deploying and maintaining AI solutions on Azure
  • Work within Microsoft-centric project environments, adhering to enterprise development standards
  • Stay current with advancements in LLMs, Azure AI services, and agent orchestration frameworks to continuously improve solution quality

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
