Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for a Branding and Web Design Intern working directly with the founders.

Required Skills & Experience

Marketing Operations & Growth

  • Hands-on experience managing and scheduling content through Meta Business Suite.
  • Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, ad creatives, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to monitor and report on key marketing metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, CPC, leads, and conversions.
  • Experience maintaining content calendars and coordinating campaign execution across channels.
  • Familiarity with influencer outreach, partnership marketing, and community engagement.

Content & Brand

  • Exceptional written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt messaging for different channels including Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and website content.
  • Strong understanding of brand voice and storytelling.
  • Ability to simplify healthcare and women's health topics into engaging, consumer-friendly content.

Design & Creative Tools

  • Strong proficiency in Canva.
  • Ability to independently create social media posts, flyers, presentations, and basic marketing collateral.
  • Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and social-media-first design principles.

AI & Productivity Tools

  • Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for content creation, research, and workflow automation.
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets for campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Tally, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Business.

Language Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Hindi.
  • Proficiency in at least one additional Indian language preferred.
  • Ability to create or adapt marketing content in multiple Indian languages is a strong advantage.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Own Gynexa's Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp content calendar.
  • Schedule and publish content through Meta Business Suite.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinate with doctors and founders to create educational content.
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards and weekly performance reports.
  • Conduct competitor and market research.
  • Execute user acquisition campaigns and referral initiatives.
  • Support onboarding and engagement campaigns for healthcare professionals.
  • Identify and manage influencer, creator, and community partnerships.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve content quality, speed, and campaign performance.
