SoftwareOne is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee our end‑to‑end Finance Operations in China, including accounting, reporting, compliance, and process optimization. You will play a key role in enhancing financial governance, enabling business growth, and contributing to regional and global finance initiatives.

The Role

As the Senior Finance Manager, you will:

  • Oversee all Accounting Operations in China, including AR, AP, GL, tax, and compliance.
  • Lead the month-end close process: prepare journal entries, review GL accounts, and perform balance sheet reconciliations in line with local statutory rules, tax regulations, and global finance policies.
  • Support the Head of Finance with monthly and quarterly management reporting for local leadership and APAC stakeholders.
  • Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity, and working capital efficiency.
  • Coordinate statutory audits, tax filings, and engage with external auditors and advisors.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline financial processes, improve data accuracy, and strengthen internal controls.
  • Provide financial insights and support on ad‑hoc cross‑functional projects as needed.
  • Act as a role model for team collaboration, business partnership, and a growth‑oriented finance culture.

What We Need to See from You

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in China statutory requirements, tax rules, and financial governance.
  • Strong leadership mindset with the ability to collaborate, support cross‑functional teams, and step into various finance roles when needed.
  • Excellent communication skills, including a good command of English.
  • Advanced proficiency with financial analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools, NAV).
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
