The Job
We are looking for a technical marketing manager health & beauty to further strengthen our sales department.
As technical marketing manager health & beauty, you play a key role in strengthening Oleon’s position in the health & beauty market. You act as a technical and commercial bridge between Oleon, its distributors and customers.
Some of your main duties & responsibilities:
- You support distributors and customers with product knowledge, application expertise and technical sales support. Through product presentations, training and customer interactions, you help position Oleon’s solutions clearly in the market. You act as a technical sparring partner for customer projects and application development, ensuring that market needs are translated into relevant and workable solutions
- In parallel, you actively monitor market and consumer trends and translate these insights into strong technical marketing content, product positioning and go-to-market stories. You collaborate closely with sales, marketing, R&D and supply chain to ensure consistent messaging and coherent customer solutions
- By aligning technical support, market insights and internal expertise, you contribute to the successful implementation of Oleon’s Health & Beauty strategy in China and support sustainable growth
- You report to the General Manager of the sales affiliate
Who are we looking for?
You'll succeed if:
- You hold a master’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry or a related field, or bring equivalent experience.
- You have 3–5 years of experience in technical marketing or technical sales support within the health and beauty industry
- You understand health and beauty ingredients, applications and market dynamics, with formulation knowledge as an asset
- You confidently support distributors and customers and translate technical concepts into clear customer value
- You work effectively in an international, cross-functional environment and are comfortable working independently
- You demonstrate an excellent, near-native level of English and willing to travel up to 75%
