Sales Manager - Vietnam Market (Oncology)

Job Purpose

Lead commercial operations for oncology portfolio in Vietnam. Drive market & policy insight, build and manage relationships with key hospitals, KOLs and partners, improve clinical access to innovative oncology therapies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and tier-manage core customers (oncology department leaders, pathologists, regional KOLs). Plan and execute academic promotion activities and build post-launch KOL matrix.
  • Monitor market trends, guidelines, competitors and medical insurance policies; deliver insight reports to support strategy and activity planning.
  • Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs and supply chain teams; ensure full compliance with company code and local pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Research and map core channels, negotiate with partners, finalize cooperation agreements, and build post-launch sales & distribution network.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; Pharmacy / Medicine preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of oncology pharma sales / academic promotion experience; experience in innovative drug pre-launch preparation preferred. Familiar with Vietnam oncology market, expert resources and channel system; proven track record in expert network and channel development.
  • Strong market insight, strategic thinking, cross-cultural communication, negotiation and execution skills. High compliance and risk control awareness.
  • Fluent in English; proficient in MS Office and CRM; willing to travel frequently in Vietnam.
